Position Overview

• We are hiring a Senior Handyman / Home Repair Technician with strong residential experience.
• This is a full-time, field-based position handling a wide variety of home repair and maintenance projects for homeowners throughout the area.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform residential handyman services including drywall repair, carpentry, door repair, light plumbing, and light electrical work
• Diagnose problems and complete repairs efficiently and correctly
• Communicate professionally with homeowners on-site
• Maintain tools, materials, and clean jobsites
• Follow company procedures, safety standards, and quality expectations

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of handyman, home repair, or residential maintenance experience
• Strong skills in drywall, carpentry, minor electrical, and plumbing repairs
• Ability to work independently and solve problems in the field
• Comfortable climbing ladders and lifting 50+ lbs.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

Compensation & Benefits

• Performance Based Pay, Top Performers can earn over $30/hr.

Schedule

Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM No weekends No on-call shifts

Work Location

Field-based throughout Franklin, Spring Hill, Columbia, and surrounding Middle Tennessee areas
