*Location:* Honolulu, HI
*Pay:* $19-$20/hr
TEKsystems is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support a growing local business in Honolulu.
*Responsibilities:*

* Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails
* Assist walk-in customers and provide excellent customer service
* Enter and process customer orders accurately
* Communicate order updates with customers and internal teams
* Perform data entry and administrative support tasks
*Qualifications:*

* Customer service experience
* Strong communication skills
* Comfortable using computers and performing data entry
* Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
*Schedule:*

* Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
* Optional Saturday hours available
