Downtown Denver, CO $94,000 - $114,000 Annually Hybrid Schedule | Long-Term Contract Through July 2027

We're seeking an experienced Technology Business Analyst to support business-critical technology initiatives, system enhancements, and project implementations. This is an excellent opportunity for a Business Analyst who enjoys collaborating with stakeholders, improving processes, gathering requirements, and helping deliver successful technology solutions.
This long-term contract offers a hybrid schedule, competitive compensation, and the opportunity to work on meaningful projects in a collaborative professional environment.
What You'll Do:
- Lead requirements-gathering sessions with business stakeholders and project teams.
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Partner with technical teams to support project planning and solution delivery.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and track issues through resolution.
- Support communication, training, and user adoption efforts for new system implementations.
- Assist with troubleshooting application issues and documenting enhancements.
- Serve as a liaison between business users and IT teams.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role.
- Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Experience supporting software implementations, technology projects, or application enhancements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
