ATSMFG is seeking a talented, creative, and highly organized  Marketing & Graphic Design Coordinator to work directly with our international marketing team and internal management team to create, maintain, and manage marketing materials across our family of brands.

This is an  in-office position with direct reporting to the company's President, who is also a veteran graphic designer. The right candidate will play an important role in expanding brand awareness, maintaining consistent marketing standards, supporting sales initiatives, and helping manage the flow of creative work between ATSMFG and our international marketing department.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong design skills, marketing coordination experience, attention to detail, and the desire to grow within a diversified and expanding company.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, update, and manage marketing materials for ATSMFG’s six brands.
• Maintain and expand online product catalogs, print catalogs, sell sheets, signage, trade show graphics, electronic kiosk content, and other marketing and sales tools.
• Work directly with the President and internal management team to support brand development, product launches, sales programs, and marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate projects and manage workflow with ATSMFG’s international marketing department.
• Ensure brand consistency across all printed, digital, and sales support materials.
• Prepare and maintain product marketing assets, including product images, specifications, layouts, and sales presentation materials.
• Assist with trade show preparation, signage, booth graphics, product displays, and related sales materials.
• Maintain and supply sales samples for ATSMFG’s nationwide representative program.
• Organize, track, and manage marketing files, product assets, catalog updates, and sample program materials.
• Support internal sales and management teams with marketing tools needed for dealers, designers, contractors, and representatives.
  

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong Mac computer expertise.
• Expert knowledge of  Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator .
• Good working knowledge of  Microsoft Excel and Word .
• Strong graphic design, layout, and production skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at one time.
• Strong attention to detail, especially with product information, specifications, catalog layouts, and brand consistency.
• Ability to work directly with management and communicate clearly with international team members.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced business environment.
• Experience with product catalogs, print production, sales materials, signage, or trade show graphics is strongly preferred.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Mandarin fluency is a major plus.
• Experience working with international teams or overseas production departments is a plus.
• Experience in furniture, restaurant equipment, manufacturing, product marketing, or B2B sales support is helpful but not required.
• Photography, product image editing, digital catalog, or website content experience is a plus.
