Full Time And Per Diem Hospitalist Opportunity

We are seeking full time and per diem hospitalist to join our dedicated medical team at a long-term acute care hospital (LTAC). This role is ideal for a physician who enjoys managing medically complex patients in a collaborative, low-turnover environment.

• Manage patients with complex medical needs (vent weaning, post-ICU care, multi-system chronic illness)

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive inpatient medical care to LTAC patients
• Coordinate care with consulting specialists and interdisciplinary teams
• Perform admissions, daily rounds, and discharges as needed
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the EMR

Requirements:

Education/Licensure/Certifications:

• Medical degree from an accredited university
• Board certified or board eligible in internal medicine or family medicine
• Eligible for licensure in California
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
