We're seeking a top-tier Project Manager with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our elite team.

Project Managers are responsible to the Division Manager, or person designated by the Division Manager, for the management of assigned projects being performed in accordance with the policies and procedures of the company. It is their responsibility to assist in achieving the division's aims and goals while operating within the guidelines of the company. The responsibilities set forth, but not limited to, are:

General Summary: Work will consist of knowledge of installation, alterations,additions and/or repairs of electrical systems, conductors and associated materials and equipment within the commercial, industrial and residential electrical construction industry.

Responsibilities:

Operations

1. Accountable to management for furnishing accurate and updated information

and for taking appropriate action as required.

1. Attend weekly meeting conducted by the Division Manager, or person
   designated by the Division Manager, to review information on the Weekly
   
   
   Meeting Report and discuss upcoming workload.
2. Monitor and control the Company's established policies and procedures in the
   areas of, but not limited to:
   a. The Division Office Operations Procedures ( General Policies and
   Operating Procedures).
   1. b. Vehicle usage.
   2. c. The Hazard Communication Program.
   3. d. The Quality Assurance Program.
   4. e. The Substance Abuse Program.
   5. f. The Safety and Hot Work Program.
   6. g. Policies concerning suppliers.
      1. Monitor and control, by review and verification, all paperwork related to assigned jobs/work orders.
      2. Adherence to the Division Calendar to assure that weekly, monthly and

quarterly schedules are met.

Engineering

1. 1. Profit/loss of assigned jobs.

1. 2. Monitor and control the job processing responsibilities on assigned projects.

1. 3. Monitor and control estimating including, but not limited to, the following:

1. a. Assignment of estimators to specific projects.

1. b. Assure that the estimate is entered into the Estimate Log.

1. c. Assure that all paperwork and other procedures are adhered to.

1. Review and approve estimates and design/build projects within

authorized limits.

1. e. Preparation, bidding and re-estimate of assigned jobs and work orders.

1. f. Recommend changes concerning material, labor, and EPAS.

1. 4. Preparation of pay request breakdowns and monthly pay requests.
   5. Purchasing of all material for assigned projects plus verification of orders placed.

1. 6. Material approval submittal procedure.

1. 7. Preparation, submittal and processing of change orders and revisions.

1. 8. Accountable to management for, but not limited to:

1. Project related general, technical and engineering problems (field and owner
   related).
2. The preparation and accuracy of Monthly Job Status Updates and Post Job Conference Reports .

1. Monitoring and controlling the expediting of materials and subcontracts for
   assigned projects.

1. 9. Satisfactory completion of assigned projects.
   
   
   Production

1. 1. Accountable to management for monitoring:

1. Problems relating to safety on the project and job security for material, tools

and equipment.

1. b. Problems relating to storage facilities.

1. Monthly Job Productivity Reports.

1. Productivity of assigned jobs/work orders.
2. Jobs/work orders to assure they are being done in the most efficient and
   economical manner.
3. Wage rates, labor, training and supervision of assigned jobs/work orders.
4. Workers to assure they begin and stop work on time.
5. Number of trucks being driven to a work site.
6. Storage facilities on job sites.
7. Use, coordination and supply of division tools, trucks and equipment.

Position Requirements:

Licenses - Current driver's license if required by job conditions; applicable federal, state and local licenses as required by job conditions or by the company.

Certifications - Applicable federal, state and local certifications as required by job conditions or by the company.

Education - High School Graduate, holder of G.E.D., or equivalent Watson training.

Experience - Required or necessary experience and/or training to assure all aspects of position are performed efficiently and productively while operating in accordance with policies and procedures of the company.

Working Conditions:

1. Majority of work is performed in office environment.
2. Visits to job sites require exposure to all elements (heat, cold, rain, snow), depending on time of year and job location.
3. Must be able to utilize construction site sanitary facilities (Porta-Johns).
4. Wear personal protective equipment as required in Safety Handbook.
5. Able to work 40 hours per week, overtime as required, night shifts; work out of town if needed.

Physical Function:

1. Hear and see well (either naturally or with correction).
2. Sit for long periods of time.
3. Speak clearly.
4. Must be able to make transition from employee parking area or street into
   construction work areas and to gain access to all levels of the building, even if the
   
   
   only means of access is by O.S.H.A. approved site construction ladder, or stairs still under construction but acceptable for use.
5. Repetitive use of arms, hands and fingers.
