What You'll Do

As a  Remote Client Success Specialist , you'll help create a professional and positive experience for prospective and existing clients.

Your responsibilities may include:

Once appropriately licensed, you'll also help clients understand available financial protection options.

Responsibilities may include:

• Conducting virtual benefit consultations

• Explaining life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options

• Assisting eligible clients with applications and enrollment
