Desktop Support Technician

Job Description A healthcare provider in the Sugar Land, TX area is looking for a Desktop Support Technician to join their team. This person's day will consist of 70% ticket support: resolving 10-30 tickets a day, monitoring ticket que, etc. They will work with their lead on a day to day basis to help resolve any fires and manage expectations from their customers. 30% other duties such as reimaging Windows machines, assistance with the upgrade and break/fix repair.
