Operational Support Coordinator
Become the operational backbone that keeps critical refugee support services running smoothly behind the scenes. The mission of CPLCs Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) is to promote the health, well-being, and stability of refugees, unaccompanied alien children, and other eligible individuals and families, through culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and strengths-based services. How will you make an impact in this role? You will provide administrative and organizational support to the Regional Office Coordinator in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment supporting HSPRS program operations. You will assist with maintaining efficient office workflows, coordinating documentation and communication processes, and supporting daily operational needs to ensure program success. You will handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion while supporting internal coordination across teams. Your strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities will contribute to the effective delivery of services and operational excellence.

Minimum qualifications and competencies:
- 2+ years experience as an office manager, clerk, or other administrative duties.
- 21 years of age or older.
- Maintain current licenses and certificates required for the position, including but not limited to Provide proof of work eligibility status upon request.
- Communicate effectively in writing and verbally in English (and Spanish strongly preferred).
- Maintain computer literacy required to meet responsibilities of the position.
- Highly proficient in Office programs such as: Google suites, excel, word, and powerpoint.
- Ability to work with and manage confidential and sensitive information.
- Ability to work alone or with a team.
