Schedule: Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Overtime Available: Occasional 1-2 hours after shift as needed, typically once or twice per week.

What You'll Do

As a Rotary Prep team member, you'll prepare custom rotary dies for production using hand tools, power tools, and manufacturing equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare rotary dies after laser or water-jet cutting for the next stage of production
• Use hand and power tools to modify and assemble die components
• Ensure dies are properly prepared for blade and rubber installation
• Follow work orders, blueprints, visual instructions, and specifications
• Perform measurements and verify dimensions using basic math skills
• Operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation
• Assist in other production departments as needed
• Lift and move materials safely, including team lifts for larger dies
• Work closely with coworkers to maintain quality and productivity standards
• Use computers to access work orders, instructions, and production information

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• At least 6 months of manufacturing, production, or assembly experience
• Experience safely using hand and power tools
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs regularly and assist with heavier team lifts
• Ability to follow written and visual instructions accurately
• Basic math and measuring skills
• Comfortable using computers and reviewing electronic work orders
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English

Preferred Experience

• High school diploma or GED
• Construction, woodworking, assembly, or fabrication experience
• Experience working in a team-oriented production environment
• Interest in learning additional manufacturing skills and cross-training opportunities

Job Type & Location: This is a Permanent position based out of Blaine, MN.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
