Marketing Assistant

Supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies, the part-time contract Marketing Assistant will draft content, manage digital marketing communications, and assist with event logistics for law firm clients while working remotely for approximately 10-20 hours per week. Key responsibilities Draft marketing content including website copy, social media posts, newsletters, and proposals Complete digital marketing projects such as email distributions, website updates, and social media coordination Execute event logistics including venue research, invitation management, and day-of support Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field, or 1-2 years of relevant experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Canva, with working knowledge of WordPress, HubSpot, or Mailchimp Exceptional written communication skills and ability to synthesize complex content Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Understanding of confidentiality expectations in a law firm setting
