We're committed to seeing lives redeemed, restored, and set free.About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and licensed Christ-centered therapist who is highly trained and specializes in working with adolescents, teens and adults. The therapist who fills this position must also have formal training, and be working towards certification, in IFS, EMDR and/or BSP. The below outlines the requirements, preferences and expectations for our clinicians.Required:Active CO license: LPC or LMFT (pre-licensed clinicians will not be considered)Formal training and working towards certification in at least one of the following: IFS, BSP, EMDRA strong Christian faith and ability to integrate faith-based approaches in therapyExperience and passion for working with adolescents, teens and adults with traumaAlignment with Cornerstone's Mission, Vision, and Statement of FaithStrongly Preferred:Additional training in other evidence-based and trauma informed modalitiesTraining in working with adolescents and/or childrenExperience working with neurodivergent clientsYour Commitment:Weekly group supervision attendance (Wednesdays, 9-11am MT)Willingness to commit to at least two weeknight evening blocks or one weeknight evening and one Saturday block per weekA minimum schedule availability of 15 hours/week, filling 80% of that schedule weekly, with a willingness to increase hours as your caseload fillsAttend ongoing training and pursue specialization and certificationsBuild long-term client relationships (averaging 10+ sessions per client)Apply NowReady to use your gifts, training and experience to bring healing and hope?
