A Catering Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to meet catering event requirements. This role involves ensuring food quality, safety, and cleanliness within a busy kitchen environment, while managing inventory to maintain an efficient workflow.
Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and cook food according to catering menus and guidelines
- Maintain food safety standards during preparation and cooking
- Manage kitchen inventory to ensure availability of supplies
- Sanitize kitchen equipment and work areas to uphold hygiene standards
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure consistency and presentation of dishes
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in catering cooking
