We are seeking friendly, dependable Dining Room Servers (Waitstaff) to join our team full-time! In this role, you will help create a warm, welcoming, and homelike dining experience for our residents while supporting daily kitchen and dining operations.

Key Responsibilities

Take and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner
Provide excellent customer service and ensure resident satisfaction
Assist with dishwashing, cleaning, and maintaining sanitary work areas
Deliver meals to residents as needed
Support basic food preparation and meal service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and kitchen areas
Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred
Previous food service or customer service experience is a plus (not required)
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Team-oriented with good communication skills

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Frequent lifting, bending, and reaching
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
