Housekeeper, Full Time Evenings Now Hiring

Richardson Properties is looking for a dedicated full-time Housekeeper to join our team at our apartment community in Little Rock. If you have an eye for detail and take pride in maintaining a safe and pleasant space for residents, staff, and guests, we want to hear from you!

As a Housekeeper, your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Keeping the leasing office clean and orderly at all times.
• Cleaning/touching up models on a daily basis and performing make-readies.
• Cleaning fitness centers, mail centers, common areas, etc., Following all safety programs implemented by Richardson Properties and according to policy.
• Performing any and all duties called upon by supervisors to ensure that the property operates efficiently and economically.
• Walking the property and reporting any liability problems immediately.
• High school diploma or GED.

Minimum of two years of housekeeping or janitorial experience.
