Project Manager 

Location: Fully Remote (U.S.) 
Duration: Contract through at least Q1, with potential extension 
Schedule: Candidates may be located in any U.S. time zone but must be available to attend recurring EST meetings. 

Pay: $60 per hour

Position Overview 

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to support a large-scale, cross-functional HR initiative within a complex enterprise environment. This role will work closely with multiple stakeholders across HR, Operations, and Technology teams to help drive project coordination, execution, communication, and tracking activities. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing multiple workstreams, keeping projects on schedule, and independently driving action items to completion. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Support the planning and execution of a large, enterprise-wide HR project involving numerous stakeholders and workstreams. 

• Create, maintain, and update project plans, timelines, status reports, and documentation. 

• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, capture meeting notes, and track follow-up actions. 

• Monitor project deliverables, risks, dependencies, and milestones to ensure work remains on schedule. 

• Partner with business, HR, and technical teams to facilitate communication and alignment across project activities. 

• Drive action items forward independently, proactively following up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion. 

• Assist with project governance activities, status updates, and stakeholder communications. 

• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting using tools such as Smartsheet and other project management platforms. 

Required Qualifications 

• 3+ years of project coordination, project management support, or program coordination experience. 

• Experience supporting large, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders. 

• Strong organizational, prioritization, and follow-up skills. 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of open actions and deliverables. 

• Experience scheduling meetings, managing project documentation, and coordinating project activities. 

• Comfortable interacting with both business and technical teams. 

• Experience working within large corporate or enterprise environments. 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Experience supporting HR, People Operations, or workforce-related initiatives. 

• Familiarity with Smartsheet or similar project management tools. 

• Exposure to project management methodologies and best practices. 

Interview Process 

• One-round interview process. 

• Candidate will meet with the Hiring Manager and a team member/peer. 

• Approximately 30 minutes with each interviewer during a single interview session.
