RECEPTIONIST

Position: RECEPTIONIST Location: HDCC OVERVIEW The Receptionist will serve as the primary point of contact for the Honolulu Office, welcoming and screening visitors, answering and directing incoming calls, and managing mail and deliveries. Additionally, the Receptionist will provide parking validation, accept certified mail, update directories and logs, and assist with various administrative tasks. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS High school graduate or equivalent Acquire working knowledge of telephone systems and general company operations Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Excels at multi-tasking Two (2) or more years in construction or equivalent experience Recommended Length of Service in Position: Office Administration Coordinator/Support I: 2+ Years *Length of Service is determined by the Supervisor and is based on the employee’s ability to demonstrate reasonable competency in all applicable aspects of the Job Description.
