Full Time Monday-Friday Receptionist Position

If you are organized, dependable, and a team player with great customer service skills, then this position is for you! We are a mid-sized law firm seeking a professional and personable individual to serve as the first point of contact in an office with a friendly, team-oriented environment.
They should also possess creative problem-solving skills, be able to adapt quickly, pay attention to detail, and anticipate any issues that may arise. Answer multi-line phone system, transfer calls, retrieve and transfer voicemails, and handle cold calls, visiting clients, deliveries and parking validation
Keep track of employees in and out of the office, and assist with various administrative duties, such as scanning, data entry, and mail outs
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
Excellent verbal communication skills, including professional and polite phone etiquette
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs - Word, Outlook, and Excel
Basic office skills such as knowledge of Word, Outlook, Excel
Typing speed of at least 40-45wpm
High School Diploma or equivalent required

This is a full-time, non-exempt position adhering to a Monday through Friday work schedule of 7:30am to 4:30pm, with two 10-minute breaks, and a lunch hour set at 11:30am-12:30pm. All work will be performed in a secure, office setting.
