Responsibilities Overview: As an Activity Assistant, you will help create meaningful, engaging experiences for our residents. This position supports residents’ quality of life through group activities, special events, exercise, games, discussions, and one-on-one interactions. What You’ll Do: Lead and assist with recreational activities, games, trivia, discussions, exercise classes, and special events. Encourage resident participation and create an inclusive, positive environment. Adapt activities to meet residents’ individual interests, abilities, and needs. Bring creativity and new ideas to the activity program to keep residents engaged and active. What We Offer: Job Types: Part-Time positions available Schedule: Flexible scheduling Rotating weekends Flexible Hours: Part-Time: 12 – 30 hours per week Position Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Experience with event planning, recreational programming, or organizing activities preferred.
