Pay Range: $32.00–$40.00/hour (DOE) About The Role We are seeking experienced Job Description Commercial HVAC Service Technician (Mid–Senior Level) Location: Charlottesville, VA Job Type: Full-Time Pay Range: $32.00–$40.00/hour (DOE) About The Role We are seeking experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technicians to join our service team in the Charlottesville area. This is a mid-to-senior level opportunity for technicians with strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience servicing commercial and industrial HVAC systems. Technicians are placed into CST Levels 3–5 based on experience, licensing, and technical capabilities, providing a clear path for career and compensation growth.
