As a Product Manager focusing on Data Modernization, you’ll be joining a passionate team of product managers, designers, engineers, data scientists, and analysts working to create the real time, intelligent, Bank of the future. You will be responsible for building and executing the strategy for the future of database usage at Retail Bank. You might work on identifying the right capabilities to enable the quick retrieval of key information that helps us protect our customers from the bad guys. You might support data analysts as they uncover insights in our data that enable a key insight. Basic Qualifications: At least 2 years of experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver consumer experiences. At least 2 years of experience working on the core product platforms that power digital experiences. At least 2 years of digital industry experience for consumers. Bachelor’s Degree or military experience. Preferred Qualifications: At least 3 years of experience with web and client-side mobile platforms. At least 2 years of experience as a Product Owner in an Agile development process. MBA. Familiarity with databases, ETL processes, and other data infrastructure. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. McLean, VA: $109,000 - $124,400 for Sr. Associate, Product Management New York, NY: $118,900 - $135,700 for Sr. Associate, Product Management Wilmington, DE: $99,100 - $113,100 for Sr. Associate, Product Management. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
