Primary function will be to partner will local sales leadership to assess the GYN/URO opportunity within a given MSA, select a group of critically strategic accounts, and then drive growth through training surgeons to autonomy. As with ALL sales roles the SSR will need to incorporate all of the ISI Ecosystem resources to include Digital, Genesis, MACA, etc./ppstrong Essential Job Duties /strong (Specific responsibilities and tasks an individual would be expected to perform in the role. Additional job duties may be determined by functional people manager)/pulliAccelerate the URO/GYN Growth Rates/liliTrain Net New Gynecologists and Urologists to Total Practice/liliPivot Gynecologists and Urologists to Total Practice to include SP for Urologic Procedures/liliEstablish regional case observation sites Epicenters./liliBuild a Robust QTI data set that clearly shows the clinical and economic value of da Vinci./liliThrough partnership with sales leadership, conduct strategic market development activities./liliServe as the market intelligence liaison for Uro/Gyn marketing and training teams./liliPartner with Intuitive Academic Marketing and Sales to enhance impact in resident and fellow education in Gyn and Uro./liliDevelop future training pipeline by properly vetting all Uro/Gyn surgeon candidates for training feasibility within targeted geography./li/ulh3Qualifications/h3pstrong Required Skills and Experience /strong (Specific skills, knowledge, and experience that an individual must possess in order to successfully perform in job)/pullistrong A minimum of 5 years /strong of sales experience including strong 2+ years in healthcare sales /strong ./liliAbility to travel up to 25%, and work nights and weekends as needed/li/ulpstrong Required Education and Training /strong (As applicable - Specific education and training that an individual must possess in order to successfully perform in job)/pulliBachelors degree required/li/ulpstrong Working Conditions /strong (As applicable - Any physical requirements for the job.
