RecruiterWe're seeking a dynamic Recruiter to join our growing HR team and play a key role in shaping our workforce. Reporting to the People Operations Manager, you'll lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across administrative and production roles while supporting a smooth, positive onboarding experience for new employees.What You'll DoDevelop & update job postings, announcements & ads for internal & external staffing needsConducting phone screenings, interviews & plant tours with external candidatesManage full-cycle recruitment for both administrative and production positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding supportDiscuss outcomes and staffing decisions with interested internal candidatesCoordinate post offer and fit for duty Physical Capacity Profile testingMaintain all pertinent applicant & interview data as directedCoordinate background checks and drug screenings for potential employeesCoordinate screening, interviewing & selection process activitiesPrepare & deliver offer packagesConduct regular follow-up with managers to determine staffing levels and requirements, planning for future staffingAssist onboarding of new hire employees, new hire paperwork and conduct orientations as neededResearch new ways of using the internet & social media for recruitmentDevelop active & passive candidates pools & maintain contact as necessary, use sourcing techniques to recruit candidates to BlumAttend career fairs for recruiting & company recognition and brandingExpected to keep a high level of confidentiality as this position is exposed to HR related topicsPerform various other HR duties as directedWork's office schedule with flexibility to work overtime or whenever required — may be required to work early morning hours to meet with employees or candidates on 3rd shift as well as later evening hours to meet with employees or candidates on 2nd shiftPosition may be required to assist with HR related projects or administrative dutiesWhat You BringJob RequirementsHS diploma or GED required2–4 year degree or higher in an HR related field is preferredMinimum 5 years of experience in a recruiting or staffing rolePrior experience with Applicant Tracking System (ADP preferred)Knowledge of business law in relation to HR & employee employment rights & how to apply them within your day-to-day workExperience with internet & social media trends to aid in candidate sourcing & recruitingKnowledge of federal/state employment laws, regulations & benchmarked best practicesPrior experience in consulting with all levels of management in an industrial manufacturing environment is preferredDesired AttributesWell organized & methodical in your approach to problem solvingAbility to build effective relationships with employees on every level of the organizationExcellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment & be familiar with any other software pertinent to your industryProven candidate sourcing & engagement skillsEffective oral & written communication skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionEffective database management & record keeping skillsAbility to maintain the highly confidential nature of human resources workManagement of one's time & the time of others to achieve daily goalsGaining acceptance to an idea through interpersonal skills & persuasionGathering information through the process of interviews & other probing methodsBenefitsSalaried positionSchedule: Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm, Friday 8am-530pmPossible bonus opportunitiesHealth (Medical, Vision and Dental)401(k) with employer matchingFlexible Spending plans to cover eligible out of pocket health, dental and vision expensesThree weeks of vacation starting your second year on the jobTerm life insurance equal to annual salary at no cost to employeeAnd much moreAbout BlumFor more than 60 years Blum has been manufacturing superior quality hinge systems, drawer runners, and lift systems that create emotion and enhance user convenience in the kitchen.
