Key Responsibilities Own Salesforce architecture and configuration, managing ongoing buildout and system governance Build and maintain automations and integrations across the GTM stack, ensuring seamless data flow and system connectivity Design and operationalize revenue processes, including qualification criteria and opportunity stage definitions, to improve forecasting and pipeline management Required Qualifications 6+ years in Revenue, GTM, Growth, or Sales Operations within a scaling B2B company Deep, hands-on Salesforce expertise in architecture, configuration, and administration Familiarity with modern GTM tech stack, including sales and marketing automation platforms, BI tools, and APIs Strong understanding of full-funnel revenue processes and KPI measurement Structured and data-driven approach with a focus on operational discipline
