Zerobugs Denver is hiring an Entry-Level Sales Representative to drive new business, close deals, and help homeowners protect their properties.
This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in face-to-face interaction, lead generation, and closing . If you’re motivated by performance-based income and growth opportunities , this is a strong opportunity to build a high-earning career.
Compensation & Earnings
Uncapped commission structure
Typical earnings: $70,000 – $140,000+

What You’ll Do
Generate leads through door-to-door, referrals, and prospecting
Conduct home inspections and identify pest issues
Sell pest control services, treatments, and service plans
Educate customers on prevention and protection solutions
Overcome objections and close sales confidently
Manage a pipeline and follow up with prospects
Build long-term relationships to drive renewals and referrals

Required
Experience in pest control sales or home services sales preferred but not required
Strong communication and closing skills
Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
Comfortable working in field sales / outside sales environments
