Position Overview Plant Administrator, Memphis, TN – reports to the Administration Supervisor. Responsibilities Perform administrative, operational and general office duties. Process accounts receivable and accounts payable. Review and approve time cards; assist with weekly and bi‑weekly payroll processes. Support the site safety program. Provide assistance across multiple areas such as production, maintenance, and administration. Execute other duties as assigned. Qualifications Post‑secondary or business administration certificate is an asset. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Experience in document administration, creating and editing procedures and work instructions. Proficiency with Microsoft applications and data entry. Excellent communication and computer skills.
