Job Title: TIG Welder
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled TIG Welder to join our team. This role involves welding and fabricating metal components while ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. Experience welding stainless steel and aluminum is preferred. [Client: Fluke | OneNote]
Responsibilities:
- Perform TIG welding on metal components and assemblies.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.
- Prepare, clean, and position materials for welding.
- Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Follow all safety procedures and workplace standards.
- Work with team members to meet production and project deadlines. [Client: Fluke | OneNote]
Requirements:
- 2+ years of TIG welding experience.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
- Experience working with stainless steel and aluminum preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Knowledge of welding safety practices.

Nice to Have:
- Fabrication experience.
- Welding certifications.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
