As the point of contact between pet parents and our facility, your primary responsibilities will include efficient handling of reservations, meticulous record-keeping, and dedicated efforts to guarantee the happiness of both clients and their beloved animals. Your responsibilities will include providing a warm and inviting atmosphere, managing reservations, and serving as a crucial link between our clients and our exceptional pet care services.

Responsibilities:

• Extend a warm welcome to our clients, ensuring a positive and inviting atmosphere.
• Efficiently manage check-in and check-out procedures, showcasing your exceptional customer service skills.
• Provide detailed information on our services, rates, and any ongoing promotions.
• Handle reservations through various channels, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain detailed records of reservations, including special requests and accommodations.
• Communicate effectively with pet owners to understand and address their specific needs and concerns.
• Actively participate in maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for all pets.
• Address and resolve client inquiries regarding their pet's well-being promptly.
• Provide new clients with a comprehensive orientation, explaining our routines and services.
• Offer insights into pet care, grooming services, and additional offerings to enhance the overall experience for our clients.
• Demonstrate our commitment to providing a safe and enjoyable environment for their pets.
• Clerical duties such as maintaining client files, processing payments, and updating contact information.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, with a preference for those with a background in pet-related industries.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Comfortable using reservation management systems and software.
• Genuine love for animals and a basic understanding of pet care needs.
