Bank/Trust Charter & Licensing Strategist

Kalshi is seeking an experienced Compliance professional to own licensing and charter initiatives as it expands into new products and jurisdictions. You will drive the bank/trust charter strategy and coordinate licensing efforts across regulators, legal, finance, product, and operations in a hands-on, execution‑driven role. The ideal candidate brings 8–12 years in financial‑services compliance, direct OCC charter experience, and a proven ability to translate complex regulatory questions into #J-18808-Ljbffr Kalshi
