Develop promotional campaigns, product launches, and special offers across digital platforms (e.g., website, social media, email marketing). Monitor and optimize product listings, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and pricing. Collaborate with the customer support team to address customer issues and ensure a positive shopping experience. Analyze customer behavior and preferences to identify opportunities for improving customer engagement and retention. Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, sales reports) to track performance metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, and sales revenue. Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends to identify opportunities and threats. Create and optimize content for product pages, blogs, and other digital assets to improve SEO and user engagement. Work closely with the sourcing and purchasing teams to align sales strategies with market demands and promotional activities.
