HR Technology Analyst

Cornerstone Building Brands is a leading manufacturer of exterior building products for residential and low‑rise non‑residential buildings in North America. Headquartered in Cary, N.C., we serve residential and commercial customers across the new construction and Repair & Remodel markets, offering vinyl windows, vinyl siding, stone veneer, metal roofing, metal wall systems and metal accessories. The HR Technology Analyst provides technical support for the HR, Payroll and Timekeeping systems that support our 22,000 employees across five business units in four countries. The role continuously enhances HR technology to deliver an exceptional employee experience while supporting HR partners and maintaining data integrity. Key Responsibilities Support daily operations related to Dayforce WFM processes, including configuring and testing new requirements. Provide support by troubleshooting issues, managing support requests, and ensuring timely resolution for users. Maintain HR data integrity by auditing records, resolving discrepancies, and supporting ongoing employee data changes. Partner with HR partners to identify and deliver optimization opportunities. Generate reports and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations to HR leaders. Partner with stakeholders to test, validate, and document system updates and enhancements. Manage HR data imports. Provide coaching on HCM processes and best practices. Perform other HRIS‑related duties as assigned, including process improvement, system optimization, and special projects. Qualifications Strong working knowledge and technical expertise with HRIS; experience with Dayforce HCM strongly preferred. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills, including root cause analysis of data and system issues. Experience working within a case‑management platform. Ability to work inclusively in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment while meeting deadlines. Process‑oriented with attention to detail and accuracy. Comfort in an unstructured environment, ability to quickly adapt. Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify opportunities to streamline processes and optimize system use. Calm and deliberate under pressure. Demonstrated analytical and communication skills. Ability to work with confidential materials and employee information and maintain confidentiality. Deliver excellent customer service. Must model the company’s core values and success model. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas); experience with Power Query, BI tools, or data visualization strongly preferred. Agentic AI experience preferred. United States base salary range: $80,000 – $90,000, plus medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1, 401(k), and PTO.
