UKG HR Analytics Consultant — Excel Pro & Compliance

Key Responsibilities Perform workforce analytics using UKG data extracts and Excel Analyze complex pay, time, and attendance scenarios Reconcile large datasets with high accuracy and attention to detail Support compliance‑related reporting and workforce insights Deliver quick turnaround analysis in a short‑term engagement Interpret UKG data (extract and analyze, no configuration work) Required Skills Advanced Excel skills (non‑negotiable): Pivot tables Complex formulas
VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP
Data reconciliation Strong analytical mindset with experience in pay/time complexity Hands‑on experience with UKG (reporting and data extraction only) Ability to ramp up quickly in fast‑paced environments High attention to detail and comfort with compliance‑sensitive data Preferred Skills VBA or Excel automation experience Experience with overtime compliance analysis Exposure to rest break / labor law‑based pay adjustments Leave of Absence (LOA) experience (nice to have for future scope) #J-18808-Ljbffr VeriiproVacancy posted 2 days ago
