Assistant Director Of OperationsThe Assistant Director of Operations supports the Director of Operations in managing organizational workflows, improving efficiency, and driving cross-department execution through process improvement and AI-enabled automation.Location: Northbrook, ILSchedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday on-site.Compensation: $90,000 - $100,000Key ResponsibilitiesSupport daily operational oversight across departmentsLead cross-functional initiatives and special projectsMonitor organizational KPIs and operational performanceIdentify process inefficiencies and implement solutionsSupport leadership in execution of strategic initiativesStandardize workflows and operational proceduresCoordinate with department leaders to ensure execution alignmentAdditional duties as assignedAI & Automation RequirementMust implement AI-driven workflow automation across departmentsResponsible for identifying operational bottlenecks and automating processesExpected to build dashboards and AI-assisted reporting systemsMust integrate AI tools into daily operational decision-making and project execution
