Administrative Assistant Accounting Department

Indianapolis, IN | Contract-to-Hire | $20/hr | Onsite (MF, 8:00 AM5:00 PM)

LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring an Administrative Assistant to support a busy accounting team in Indianapolis. This fully onsite role is a great fit for someone who enjoys organizing information, supporting multiple team members, and working with financial data.

What You'll Do

  • Support daily administrative functions within the accounting team
  • Assist with invoice entry, payment tracking, and basic reconciliation tasks
  • Maintain and organize digital records and files
  • Communicate with vendors and members regarding billing and documentation
  • Help coordinate schedules, meetings, and internal communications
  • Handle general office duties such as phones, mail, scanning, and supplies

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of administrative or office support experience
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfort working with confidential financial information
  • Organized, dependable, and proactive approach to tasks
