LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring an Administrative Assistant to support a busy accounting team in Indianapolis. This fully onsite role is a great fit for someone who enjoys organizing information, supporting multiple team members, and working with financial data.
What You'll Do
- Support daily administrative functions within the accounting team
- Assist with invoice entry, payment tracking, and basic reconciliation tasks
- Maintain and organize digital records and files
- Communicate with vendors and members regarding billing and documentation
- Help coordinate schedules, meetings, and internal communications
- Handle general office duties such as phones, mail, scanning, and supplies
What You Bring
- 3+ years of administrative or office support experience
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfort working with confidential financial information
- Organized, dependable, and proactive approach to tasks
