Overview Thrive Therapy is a small, warm, and supportive company offering compassionate ABA to help clients make real progress in real life. We are growing and seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. Hybrid remote options available. Location: Philadelphia area. Responsibilities Team supervisor; develop positive relationships with clients, their families, and staff Supervision of behavior technicians; provide weekly hands-on training and monitor programs Treatment planning of the client\'s individualized clinical program and analyze effectiveness Parent training; develop positive relationships with parents and conduct weekly training sessions to teach ABA principles Assessment of client progress over time Flexible scheduling; choose your own hours and locations, HYBRID in Philadelphia Opportunities for growth within the company Job Types Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract Compensation Pay: $90.00 - $100.00 per hour Benefits Continuing education credits Flexible schedule Paid time off Professional development assistance Referral program Tuition reimbursement Health, Dental, Vision Insurance Schedule Day shift Monday to Friday Night shift Licensure & Certification Behavior Specialist License (Required) Work Location In person/ hybrid #J-18808-Ljbffr
