Role Overview Seeking a skilled General Dentist or Prosthodontist for a long‑term associateship. Must have a minimum of five years clinical experience with strong skills in crowns & bridges, cosmetic dentistry, endodontics, and ability to place implants or sedation. Excellent people and communication skills are required. Practice Features Modern 7‑operatory facility with state‑of‑the‑art equipment: 3D CT scan, digital scanners, lasers, electric handpieces and flat‑screen monitors. Fully trained clinical and administrative teams focused on comprehensive treatment acceptance and efficient workflow. Strong focus on teamwork, mutual respect and recognition for high quality care. Compensation & Schedule 80% fee‑for‑service, 20% selective PPO; no HMO. Commission based on monthly production. Estimated earnings: $150,000 – $200,000 on two days/week in year 1. Schedule may grow to full time within approximately one year if desired. Daily minimum guarantee with potential to surpass the minimum in the first month. Additional Details Private practice, not a DSO or corporate.
