The District Operations Manager partners closely with the District Pharmacy Manager, Store Operations Managers, Pharmacists, and Associates to drive sales, maintain operational excellence, and uphold the HomeTown Pharmacy culture. This leader sets the tone for professionalism, ethical decision-making, and a customer-first mindset.What You'll DoPharmacy (Rx) DepartmentProvide general support and oversight in partnership with the Pharmacy ManagerServe as direct oversight when no Pharmacy Manager is presentInventory managementData entry and prescription claim billingFront-End OperationsSupport or directly oversee the Front-End SupervisorLead front-end operations when no supervisor is presentEnsure proper product facing, ordering, and merchandisingAccounting & ReportingOversee daily, weekly, monthly, and annual paperworkComplete reports accurately and on scheduleUse reporting insights to drive sales and operational decisionsHuman Resources & Team LeadershipDemonstrate professional presence and strong interpersonal skillsLead hiring and termination decisionsProvide coaching, feedback, and performance evaluationsMotivate and develop employees through training and mentorshipSet clear objectives and ensure accountabilityFoster a culture of high-quality customer serviceGeneral OperationsMaintain profitability through research, trend analysis, and problem-solvingDelegate tasks effectively and follow up to ensure completionResolve customer concerns with professionalismCollaborate with store teams and corporate partners to anticipate needs and plan aheadEnsure housekeeping standards are met daily, weekly, and monthlyWhat You BringBachelor's degree preferredValid driver's licenseStrong communication and computer skillsPrior management experience requiredAbility and willingness to travelWhat We're Looking ForA successful District Operations Manager brings motivation, passion, persistence, and a strong sense of ownership to everything they do.
