Processes a full range of personnel actions.

Provides recruitment and placement advisory services to organizations serviced.

Assists in special initiatives, studies and projects, and affirmative employment activities.

GS-11:

Receives, reviews, and analyzes recruitment requests and supporting documentation from serviced organizations.

Codes and reviews all types of complex personnel actions.

Participates in special initiatives, studies and projects, and affirmative employment activities.

Performs a full range of staffing advisory services to organizations serviced.

Summary GS-07/09: The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as a Human Resources (HR) Specialist (Recruitment & Placement) in a developmental capacity, performing assignments designed to further develop applicable analytical and evaluative skills and techniques. This is a developmental position; all training must be completed and regulatory requirements met prior to promotion to the intervening grade of GS-09. The full performance level for this position is GS-0201-11. GS-11: The primary purpose of this position is: To provide comprehensive recruitment and placement services for assigned organizations AF wide. Position is also responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of guidance, policy, and procedures for the Air Force Personnel Center.
