Maintenance Technician
Location: Revere, Massachusetts

Job Description:
- Maintain material inventory of bulk items.
- Unload and store when delivered.
- Maintain records as necessary in a timely manner
- Make needed repairs to building components; make repairs that do not require special licenses, tools, or equipment
- Evaluate what is needed for repairs and stock with commonly used items
- Fill cracks, holes, or joints with caulk, putty, plaster, or other fillers, using caulking guns or putty knives.
- Wash and treat surfaces with oil, turpentine, mildew remover, or other preparations, and sand rough spots to ensure that finishes will adhere properly.
- Assemble and fasten materials to make frameworks or props, using hand tools and wood screws, nails, dowel pins, or glue.
- Fill cracks or other defects in plaster or plasterboard and sand patch, using patching plaster, trowel, and sanding tool.
Qualifications:
- OSHA10 or ability to obtain
- Ability to work full 40 hour work weeks
- Own basic tools
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site
