Business Analyst

Customer-Focused Business Analyst

We're looking for a customer-focused business analyst who enjoys solving problems, working with data, and helping clients succeed. In this role, you'll support clients and internal teams by troubleshooting issues, maintaining data quality, and assisting with reporting and integrations. You'll build your technical and business knowledge while working alongside experienced team members to deliver a great client experience.

Responsibilities

• Support clients by assisting with data feeds and helping ensure reliable performance.
• Investigate and resolve routine connectivity, data, and technical issues, escalating more complex issues when appropriate.
• Respond to client questions related to reporting, data responses, and record maintenance.
• Perform data quality reviews to identify errors and opportunities to improve reporting accuracy.
• Partner with internal business and technical teams to resolve client issues.
• Document issues, solutions, and processes to improve team knowledge.
• Learn ClaimSearch products, processes, and technologies while building technical expertise.
• Contribute to team initiatives and continuous improvement efforts

Qualifications

• 13 years of experience in customer service, technical support, client support, business analysis, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Strong customer service mindset with a desire to learn and grow.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable working independently with guidance while collaborating across teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience in P&C insurance is a plus.
• Exposure to XML, SQL, web services, APIs, or networking concepts is a plus but not required.
