Leasing Agent

Winterwood, Inc. is hiring for the role of Leasing Agent. The Leasing Agent is responsible for the leasing and marketing of the property, and ensures target occupancy is maintained at all times. Ideal candidates will have excellent customer service skills and proficiency with computers. Position Details Location: The Stratton Apartments - 333 Whispering Brook Drive, Louisville, KY 40229 **** Job Type: Full-time (40 hours per week) Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30 AM-5:00 PM Compensation: $18.00 per hour, plus potential for move-in and renewal bonuses What We Offer Sign-On Bonus: $500 (Payable on first paycheck. Proficient computer skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Strong communication skills with staff, residents, vendors, and others. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. Willingness to complete a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check. Ability to travel to Lexington, KY for training. Job Responsibilities Assume responsibility for the leasing process and effectively market the property. Show available units to prospective residents. Assist in projecting upcoming move-outs to quickly fill units and maintain target occupancy. Screen applicants to determine eligibility. Complete necessary paperwork and ensure compliance with leasing guidelines. Maintain accurate tenant files. Perform other tasks as assigned.
