What You'll Do

Provide direct patient care to neonatal intensive care patients within the NICU
Effectively use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Educate families on care plans and procedures for neonatal patients
Manage resources efficiently, including staffing and supplies
Maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards
Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and provide compassionate care to diverse patient populations

What You Need

Current Louisiana RN license
2+ years of NICU or Neonatal ICU experience
BLS and NRP certifications from the American Heart Association
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
