About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Member Growth to lead the strategy and execution of a next-generation member acquisition experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and scaling an AI-driven acquisition engine that effectively identifies and engages individuals who can benefit from the company's services. This hands-on, builder role involves designing and running campaigns, experimenting with emerging AI tools, and creating scalable systems to drive member registration and activation. The Head of Member Growth will also be tasked with owning the end-to-end member acquisition process, from segmentation and targeting to campaign orchestration and performance analysis.
