Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full-time Tool and Diemaker Fourslide to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of fourslide (four-slide) machines, tooling, and setup procedures. This role is critical in ensuring the efficient production of high-quality parts and components using fourslide technology. Key Responsibilities Design, fabricate, and maintain tools, dies, and fixtures for fourslide machines Set up and operate fourslide machines for various production runs Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to create precise tooling Perform complex machining operations using various machine tools and equipment Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to tooling, dies, and fourslide machines Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on fourslide equipment Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulationsTrain and mentor junior team members on fourslide operations and best practices Collaborate with engineering and production teams to develop innovative solutions Maintain accurate records of tool and die designs, modifications, and maintenance Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices Qualifications and Skills Proven experience as a Tool and Diemaker with a strong focus on fourslide technology In-depth knowledge of fourslide (four-slide) machines, their operation, and setup procedures Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications Excellent understanding of metalworking principles, materials, and machining techniques Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically Hands‑on experience with various machine tools and precision measuring instruments Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and CNC programming is a plus Good mathematical skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as #J-18808-Ljbffr RIMEPRO INC
