This is a center-based only position located in our Coral Springs preschool-style clinic. No in-home sessions. No driving between clients. No unpredictable schedules. What We Offer Consistent Hours & Reliable Pay Full-time RBTs : 35–40 hours per week Part-time RBTs : Approx. 25 hours per week Hourly rate: $22–$26/hour Supported by structured scheduling, a strict cancellation policy, and paid indirect work opportunities to help minimize lost hours Work-Life Balance That’s Respected Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM Dedicated, child-free lunch break Clinic-Based Work Only All sessions take place in our Coral Springs center No in-home travel or commute-related stress Time Off That Supports Well-Being Birthday PTO Supportive, Positive Team Culture Collaborative, high-performing team environment Leadership that values communication, accountability, and recognition A workplace that balances professionalism with warmth and positivity Professional Growth & Career Development Ongoing mentorship and clinical support RBT certification assistance Paid supervised fieldwork hours for those pursuing BCBA certification AI-assisted tools to streamline session notes Designed to reduce administrative burden while maintaining clinical quality and insurance compliance What You’ll Do Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD under BCBA supervision Implement individualized treatment plans and skill-building programs Collect and track data using online data systems Write clear, accurate session notes documenting progress and session details Completion of a 40-hour RBT training course Associate’s degree and actively working toward a Bachelor’s degree Ability to pass a Level 2 background check Strong written and verbal English communication skills Commitment to obtaining RBT certification within 30 days of hire Preferred Qualifications Active RBT certification Bachelor’s degree in psychology, behavioral neuroscience, or a related field Previous professional experience working with children What We’re Looking For Individuals who genuinely enjoy working with children and bring patience, warmth, and enthusiasm to their work Reliable & Professional Reliable professionals who value consistency, take initiative, and uphold high clinical standards Team-Oriented Team-oriented individuals who communicate respectfully, follow through on responsibilities, and contribute to a focused, positive workplace culture Our Mission We deliver high-quality ABA services that create meaningful change in the lives of young children.
