Ops & Compliance Manager — Privacy & Licensing (Flex)
HCSC Operations
HCSC is seeking a senior leader to manage the team responsible for filing insurance products for Dearborn Group Companies and to assure compliance with new rules and laws. The role coordinates complaints, license filings, and privacy initiatives while partnering with executive teams on product development and strategy. This is a flex role requiring on-site work in Illinois; remote work is not available.
