The Health Law Alliance is dedicated to defending clients against insurance conglomerates, the federal government, and state agencies. With a team of attorneys who bring extensive regulatory and executive experience in the healthcare industry, we represent healthcare businesses and professionals in federal and state investigations, civil matters, board proceedings, and regulatory issues across the country.
Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Litigation Paralegal at Health Law Alliance to assist with the preparation of audit responses on behalf of healthcare clients. You will be responsible for records review, analysis, and the drafting of responses and appeals.
Qualifications
- Excellent persuasive writing skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- College degree with academic excellence, i.e., Dean's List, etc.
- Experience in healthcare law is a plus
