Business Process Analyst

Gather and document business needs, functional requirements, workflows, and system changes. Analyze data and operational information to support better business decisions. Evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements that increase efficiency and effectiveness. Use tools such as Power BI and Excel to analyze information and provide visibility into business performance. THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS0–3 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, data analysis, operations analysis, process improvement, or a related field. Experience gathering requirements, documenting processes, analyzing workflows, or identifying process improvements. Strong Excel skills and comfort working with data. Exposure to Power BI, Maximo, and/or CAPS is highly valuable. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
