• Weekend Shift Diff (make up to $6 more per hour)
• Supervisor Shift Diff
• This position does NOT take a floor assignment - supervisory only!

What You’ll Do:

• Supervise nursing staff to ensure top-quality care and smooth operations.
• Provide clinical support and handle any issues that come your way with confidence and compassion.
• Keep communication strong between residents, families, and staff.

What We’re Looking For:

• Current RN license in Indiana.
• Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred.
• Strong leadership skills, great attitude, and a sense of humor (weekends go better that way).
