Details

• Work a consistent Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm schedule at the main office in downtown York.
• Immediate opening with an expected assignment lasting several months.
• Great opportunity for candidates with casework, administrative, clerical, or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with casework activities, tenant records, inspections, correspondence, data entry, and housing program administration.
• Support property management functions by conducting inspections, preparing reports, maintaining files, and processing resident documentation.
• Answer phones, assist walk-in visitors, generate notices and letters, maintain records, and provide administrative support to housing management staff.

Requirements

• Previous casework, clerical, administrative, property management, or related professional experience preferred.
